Introduction
This is the best Rollingstar hub we've ever made: the Rollingstar II. No matter in terms of appearance design, internal structure and raw material selection, we strive for excellence. We are proud to release this newly designed bicycle hub.
In aspects of materials, we chose the best high-hardness aluminum alloy material on the market, AL7075-T6, which is well known.
Regarding the core component inside the hub, the ratchet, we tried no less than 20 different materials for testing within a year, and finally decided on the current material. The precision, hardness and weight of the new alloy material are optimized, and after 100,000 rotation tests, it has been found to be durable.
The outer gear ring that engages with the ratchet is also a very important part inside the hub. It passed a torque test with a strength of 1400N, which is an extremely high strength.
Another very important widget that we haven't overlooked is the spring. The force, size and material selection of the spring are also very important. We tried many different materials and different sizes for testing to find the best solution to get the best performance of the hubs.
There are other details that we take very seriously, thus completing such a work of selecting the best from the best. Presenting our best works to our users is the ultimate pursuit of ours.
